JATC:
Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee
Many of DELL-COMM technicians have completed the JATC training courses offered by Minnesota's Statewide Limited Energy program. These training courses and certifications ensure that our customers get the highest level of knowledge and quality.

TIA/EIA:
Telecommunication Industry Association / Electronics Industry Alliance
TIA is the leading trade association for the information, communications and entertainment technology industry. The EIA is a trade organization representing the United States high technology community, sponsoring and advancing technical standards. DELL-COMM follows these standards for all of our installations.

State Board of Electricity:
The state board establishes and sets standards and provides industry leadership and training on a local Minnesota level. DELL-COMM plays an active role on this board and helps shape the state rules and regulations to continually improve the industry.

OSHA:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration
DELL-COMM takes safety seriously, both on and off the job. DELL-COMM holds weekly Toolbox Talks to give our field employees the latest safety practices and procedures.

NEC:
National Electrical Code
DELL-COMM installations comply with the vigorous requirements of the electrical code as established by the National Fire Protection Association.
